Lost Baggage
I was at Devon Street in Chicago over the weekend. I passed by this suitcase that was chained to a railing in front of a shop. I took this picture because I found this quite odd. Why would anyone leave their suitcase out here? Is this the work of British Airways? Is my missing bag chained to some random old shop?
